I started this blog a few years ago when I turned twenty-five, and it began as a place for me to post about cheese, pottery and other things I thought were interesting over the course of that year. Now, even though my "Year Twenty-Five" is behind me, I keep this site as a way of collecting things I feel inspired by and/or would like to eat.

I might be late to this party, but Nina Millin KILLS it. She recites the lyrics to "Single Ladies" like she is performing a Shakespearean monologue, and it is incredible. See the rest of her Beyoncélogues here.
Theron Humphrey drove across the country (with his dog, Maddie, as you might have seen), photographing portraits and recording stories of people he met along the way. Worth taking the time to listen to a few of them - it really makes his photographs come alive when you hear the person's voice telling his or her story.

I really hope this place does well. Signs forces diners to engage in a role-reversal exercise and provides an opportunity for the deaf to work a job they normally would be excluded from. Double win.
